Honouring & Healing: A Moment of Reflection This ANZAC Day

Each year on April 25th, we pause as a nation to honour the courage, sacrifice, and enduring spirit of those who served — and continue to serve — in the Australian and New Zealand armed forces. ANZAC Day is a time for remembrance, gratitude, and deep reflection.

In these quiet moments, we are reminded that healing takes many forms — not just physical, but emotional and spiritual too. It’s in this space of stillness that we can reconnect with ourselves and, more deeply, with our soul.

Reflexology, while gentle and nurturing, offers a pathway to that connection. It grounds us, calms the nervous system, and helps to release tension that we may carry — whether from personal experiences or the collective memory we hold on days like this.

Our feet tell our story. In reflexology, they are seen as maps of the body and mirrors of the soul — with every pressure point linked to a deeper layer of our being. Through mindful touch and intention, reflexology invites us to pause, breathe, and restore balance not only in the body, but within the heart and spirit.

This ANZAC Day, take time to honour those who walked before us — and gently care for the path you walk now. Let remembrance be a moment not just of looking back, but of reconnecting with your inner strength, peace, and soul.

Lest we forget.
