I am a certified Reflexologist and Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology (EMK) Practitioner, passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves and find greater balance in both body and mind.

At The Soul Library, I bring together a range of holistic therapies to support your individual wellbeing. Through reflexology and EMK I offer a calm, nurturing space where you can slow down, unwind and explore what your body and emotions may be telling you.

My reflexology practice includes additional training in palliative care, lymphatic drainage (RLD), foot reading and Zu Qigong. I have also studied grief counselling, palliative care and aromatherapy, and am a Reiki Master and AromaTouch® Practitioner.

As an EMK Practitioner, I use muscle testing and a range of balancing techniques to explore emotional patterns and potential imbalances that may be affecting how you feel. EMK beautifully brings together my love of emotions, energy work and holistic health, offering another way to support you on your journey towards greater awareness and wellbeing.

Whether you are feeling stressed or overwhelmed, navigating a challenging time, looking for emotional support, or simply wanting to take some time for yourself, I work with you to find an approach that feels right for you.

My intention is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel comfortable, supported and cared for. Sometimes, it's about finding a little breathing room. Other times, it's about uncovering those deeper layers and having an “ah-ha” moment along the way.
